This three-day celebration of the mushroom in all its amazing and varied forms features recipes from the Salentino area, both traditional and avant garde, all washed down with a glass or two of vino novello, the first wine of this year’s grape harvest.
As rich as the delicious food on offer is the menu of events lined up for visitors, including art shows, dancing, live music, poetry and even a mushroom market.
