Soundmakers is a multidisciplinary festival which promotes creativity and experiment in the arts. It is centred on the idea that the arts have a teaching role in modern society as well as being for entertainment.
Featuring theatre, photography, video and music, the festival has a strong international flavour. This year Slovenia is the guest country and work by Slovenian photographer Evgen Bavcar is featured.
There are numerous events to choose from, such as the Italian premiere of the audio described version of Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire.
Lovers of Italian music will appreciate the national premiere of the project Music Leggera di Camera, featuring Nada and Fausto Mesolella and young Pugliese singer Elena da Ora.
